If, for any kind of reason, a product from Sécheron gets damaged or does not work properly, it can be sent back to Sécheron for diagnosis and repair under the conditions defined in the RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure.


Important remarks to address a request

  •  The RMA procedure must be strictly followed and the RMA application well documented in order to have your request be addressed in the quickest and most efficient way.
  • Each device returned to Sécheron Geneva will be analyzed and subject to a diagnosis according to the problem described by the customer.
  • No transport cost will be born by Sécheron unless a written preliminary approval is sent by us.
  • For products still under warranty, please contact Sécheron for coordination of transport, providing us with the exact dimensions and weight of parcel.
