While solving critical issues faced by car builders and operators, the MODBOX® platform offers significant added value in in the field of project management as well as in the manufacture of traction vehicles.

Supported by strong expertise built up over the years for high-voltage switching and protection equipment, Sécheron offers the widest and world-leading range of safety technology solutions for DC circuit-breakers, AC vacuum circuit-breakers, contactors, disconnect switches and integrated high voltage MODBOX®. Building on these competencies, pantographs for light rail vehicles and master controllers round off and reinforce Sécheron’s offer for rolling stock.


In the case of DC TRACTION SUBSTATIONS, we have developed strong and unique competencies that allow us to offer a wide range of reliable and proven equipment, backed up by a number of highly valuable services.
Our expertise will be demonstrated through the innovative development of our draw-out type rectifier and MBS type DC circuit-breaker cubicle equipped with the SEPCOS control and protection relay.
Founded on our in-depth know-how, innovative software tools for stray current monitoring systems and local Scada will also be on show at our booth.

Besides Sécheron's well known services such as network simulation, installation supervision, commissioning or field tests, we will show you how we can support customers through remote access to on-site running equipment, either to optimize performance or see real-time operation of substations and in-live regeneration of energy when available.
